Sewer Sealer-VD™

Trenchless Structural Spot Repair for Underground Sewer Pipes

Sewer Sealer-VD™ is a stainless steel expandable sleeve designed for trenchless spot repairs of underground gravity sewer pipes carrying domestic sewage. Ideal for municipal infrastructure, it offers a quick and durable solution for structural pipe rehabilitation — without the need for excavation.

Each installation takes approximately 20 minutes, provided the host pipe is clean and free of obstructions.

Application & Function

Sewer Sealer-VD™ is engineered for two primary applications:

Structural Repairs – Fixes cracks, fractures, and structural damage in pipes
Sealing Infiltration – Effective for sealing broken, missing, or leaking pipe sections

Its innovative Variable Diameter (VD) locking mechanism allows for a ±½ inch diameter tolerance, ensuring a snug and secure fit even in imperfect pipe conditions.

BROKEN SEWER PIPE

This image shows the inside of a broken sewer pipe, where groundwater or wastewater is infiltrating through a visible crack or joint failure. The flowing water indicates an active leak, often caused by pipe deterioration, shifting soil, corrosion, or root intrusion. Such damage not only compromises the structural integrity of the pipe but also allows unwanted water and debris to enter the system, increasing the risk of blockages, backups, and contamination. Timely repair—such as grouting, relining, or replacing the damaged section—is essential to prevent further erosion, leakage, and potential health or environmental hazards.

Internal Sleeve for Potable Water Mains & Pressure Pipes

Hydro Seal™ (Jacketed) is an internal repair sleeve designed to stop leaks in potable water mains and other pressure pipes, including leaking joints and localized wall defects. All wetted components are FDA- or NSF/ANSI 61–approved for contact with drinking water.
